One hundred and twenty-eighth flight of the Space Shuttle. Thirty-seventh flight of shuttle Discovery. The 27th shuttle flight for the ISS assembly. Docking with the ISS. Astronauts conducted three spacewalks (320, 321, 322). At the time, on the ISS was twentieth crew of the ISS: Gennady Padalka, Michael Barratt, Timothy Copra, Frank De Winne, Roman Romanenko and Robert Thirsk. Nicole Stott remained on the ISS and returned to the Earth in Atlantis STS-129. Instead of her, Timothy Copra returned to the Earth.
