Sergei Volkov replaced Gennady Padalka and joined Scott Kelly, Mikhail Kornienko, Oleg Kononenko, Kjellu Lindgren and Kimia Yui in the forty-fifth crew of the ISS. Andreas Mogensen and Aydin Aimbetov returned to Earth together with Gennady Padalka in the Soyuz TMA-16M. Andreas Mogensen is the first cosmonaut of Denmark.
