At this time on the station was the 25th main crew: Talgat Musabaev, Nikolai Budarin and astronaut Andrew Thomas. Andrew Thomas returned to Earth on Discovery after four months spent on Russian space station Mir. Franklin Chang-Diaz is the third astronaut who makes the sixth space flight.
